Every day, we encounter people different from us—in school, at work, at the playground, while shopping, or at our place of worship. They might be a different race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, or culture. Each one has something unique to offer. We just have to soften our hearts and open our minds to gain a new perspective about those who are different from us.
The Dignity & Respect Campaign operates under the premise that differences are only barriers when we allow them to be.
Working with elected officials, local businesses, and non-profit organizations, we host community pledge drives and D&R Initiatives to demonstrate our commitment to making our communities better places for all to live—with all our differences.
